Shipping

• We ship Australia-wide from Victoria.
• Standard: free, usually 3 to 8 business days.
• Express: $25, usually 1 to 3 business days.
• Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. You'll receive tracking by email.

Change of mind

Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at your cost.

Faulty items & warranty

Your K4 charger comes with a 2 year warranty. If something isn't right, contact us with your order number and a description or photo of the problem, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
