Why K4 Power

A charger that goes with you

A fixed wall charger stays on one wall. The K4 goes wherever your car goes, and still charges at up to 7kW when you have a 32A outlet.

Where K4 fits

Home garage

Plug into your garage outlet overnight. Add a 32A outlet later for full 7kW speed without buying a second charger.

Renters & apartments

No hard-wiring, nothing left behind when you move. Use any suitable outlet you're allowed to use.

Holiday house

Pack it in the boot and top up at the beach house or the farm.

Caravans & road trips

15A outlets at caravan parks become charging points. The 10m cable helps reach.

Workplaces

Give staff and fleet vehicles a simple way to charge on site.

Backup charger

Already have a wall box? Keep a K4 in the car for everywhere else.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will the K4 work with my car?

The K4 uses a Type 2 connector, the standard AC connector for EVs sold in Australia. If your car charges from a Type 2 cable, the K4 plugs straight in.

How fast does it charge?

Roughly 2.3kW from a 10A outlet, 3.5kW from a 15A outlet, and up to 7kW from a 32A outlet with the High-Power Adaptor. Your car's onboard charger and the supply also affect the speed.

Do I need an electrician?

Not for an existing 10A or 15A outlet in good condition. A 32A industrial outlet must be installed by a licensed electrician. We recommend a dedicated circuit protected by an RCD for regular charging.

Can I use an extension lead?

No. Never use extension leads, power boards or double adaptors with an EV charger. Choose the 10m kit if you need more reach.

Can I schedule charging for off-peak rates?

Yes. Use the Time button to set a delay of up to 8 hours in 30-minute steps, so charging starts when your cheaper tariff begins.

Can I limit how much it charges?

Yes. Set a charge limit between 5 and 100 kWh and the K4 stops once it has delivered that much energy.

What's the warranty?

2 years from purchase, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where do you ship?

Australia-wide. See shipping & returns for timeframes.
